It seems Nintendo is also thinking of ways to make the virtual reality concept work. With other VR headsets already on the market, one wonders how they will do it.
Indeed, in the past, Nintendo has shown that they wouldn’t venture into the virtual reality market. It is still a young technology and it will take time before it becomes stable enough to offer quality experiences. As of now, Many headsets have already hit the market, but none have struck a cord in the gaming market yet. How can the Nintendo Switch fare in this market?
Now, word is going around that Nintendo has prepared a VR shell for their new console to work with. Perhaps, this means that in the future, we may see a new peripheral added for the Nintendo Switch. This was reported by Liam Robertson, a know user who has leaked information in the past. His information is usually on point and it doesn’t sound unlikely that this may be happening, especially since Nintendo has mentioned that VR is an interesting venture.
Nintendo does have a VR shell for the Switch kicking around. To me, it sounded too bizarre to be real, but it is.
