Team SoloMid Releases CS:GO Roster

After being one of the best team in the world in 2015, Team SoloMid decided to release their Counter-Strike:Global Offensive roster.

TSM had some amazing accomplishment this year, winning multiple events and competing against world’s best team for the first place like Fnatic and EnVyUs and even getting the privilege to be crowned the best team in the world before EnVyUs took the title after the major Dreamhack Cluj-Napoca.

“The CS:GO team was a wonderful pleasure to work with. They were a group of extremely talented and hardworking players, and it is a great shame to see them go. I wish them the best of luck for the future.” -Andy ‘Reginald’ Dinh

TSM have stated that they will be letting the team’s contracts expire and will allow them to seek a new organization. As TSM operates out of Los Angeles, the large time zone difference and distance separating us and the team creates large issues with accessibility”, the former roster said.

“We were really happy to work for the TSM organization. They provided us with everything we wanted for the entire year, and did their best to keep us happy. However, our long term visions did not align, and we believed that it was the best for both parties to part. We would like to thank TSM for all they’ve done for us, and hope to meet their new roster at future tournaments”

– Andreas ‘Xyp9x’ Højsleth, René ‘cajunb’ Borg, Finn ‘karrigan’ Andersen, Peter ‘dupreeh’ Rothmann, and Nicolai ‘device’ Reedtz

The now-former roster of Team SoloMid consisted of the following players:

    • Nicolai “device” Reedtz
    • René “cajunb” Borg
    • Peter “dupreeh” Rasmussen
    • Finn “karrigan” Andersen
    • Andreas “Xyp9x” Højsleth

The newly released world’s top roster will be seeking an organization withing Europe, while TSM will try to build a new CS:GO team to be based near L.A.
