Everything Set For Dota 2 Pit LAN

Everything is now in place for the LAN main event of the Dota 2 Pit. Growing price pool,  casters and teams are all set.

With the main event quickly closing in, the English caster/panel desk has been confirmed by the organization of Dota 2 Pit.  The panel will include the following five talents, four or which are from JoinDota.

Austin ‘Capitalist‘ Walsh
William ‘Blitz‘ Lee
Toby ‘Tobiwan‘ Dawson
Gareth ‘Durka‘ Bateson
Jacob ‘Maelk‘ Toft-Anderson

They will rotate between the casters desk and the panelists desk throughout the week-end has the game are played out. These five casters have great personality and most of who were involved in the catastrophic Shanghai Major and are looking to redeem themselves and offer one of the best casting/panel.

It shouldn’t be to hard to cast good match since the teams that are going to participate at the Dota 2 Pit main event are all very good and fun to watch teams.

First, the four invited were the winner of both Frankfurt and Shanghai Majors, respectively OG and Team Secret, winners of the last International Evil Geniuses are also invited, and finally, a team that despite not winning any of the major event have performed very well since the last International, Virtus.Pro.

Then comes the qualified teams. The Europe qualifiers winners, Na’Vi and Team Empire. The North America qualified team, Complexity Gaming, who performed well at the last major and finally, the Southeast Asia qualified, MVP.Phoenix who also did very well at the last major.

With a growing prize pool, thanks to the Dota 2 community, a good panelist line-up and very good teams participating to the main event, the week-end is going to be packed with spectacular Dota.

This event will be held  at the Spaladium Arena in Split, Croatia on the week-end of the march 19th and 20th.
