E3 2018: Skull & Bones
Initially revealed during Ubisoft’s E3 2017 press conference, Skull & Bones is now looking a lot more complete as a game than ever before.
Heavily inspired by Ubisoft’s own Assassin’s Creed Black Flag naval combat system and mechanics, Skull & Bones is an entire game dedicated to piracy. Last year, we have seen how the game plays as a multiplayer title, but this year, Ubisoft has a lot more to show.
During their press conference, we have learned more about this exciting title. For example, the setting will take place on the infamous Indian Ocean, the most renown location for good trades. Your goal: steal every last coin. Learn to navigate the sea and become one with the ocean. Create new alliances, or fight against all odds for your plunder. Skull & Bones will have online connectivity and seamless connected players.
Caution as you create alliances to take down bigger and more dangerous ships, you never know who can turn their back on you!
In the showcased trailer, a huge ship loaded with gold became a hostile target for massive plunder. Multiple ships team up to take down this colossal sea giant. Thanks to teamwork, they succeed and the result, a massive amount of gold.
