Dragon Ball Super: Dub Voice Actors Confirmed

Recently, Funimation announced the launch of the official Dragon Ball Super dub version.

Back a few weeks ago, Funimation announced that the dubbed version of Dragon Ball Super will be coming to North America and other markets. The anime show largely popular in Japan was to get an English version. Today, the voice acting cast was revealed.

Although some characters might be missing, updates should occur as we get deeper into the anime. For the time being, these are the voice actors confirmed, alongside the character(s) they will play:

  • Goku – Seán Schemmel
  • Vegeta – Christopher R. Sabat
  • Beerus – Jason Douglas
  • Whis – Ian Sinclair
  • Krillin – Sonny Strait
  • Gohan – Kyle Hebert
  • Bulma – Monica Rial
  • Piccolo- Christopher R. Sabat
  • Trunks – Alexis Tipton
  • Narrator  – Doc Morgan
  • Goten – Kara Edwards
  • Chi-Chi – Cynthia Cranz
  • Android 18  – Meredith McCoy
  • Hercule – Chris Rager
  • Buu – Josh Martin

Although the case was unveiled, we have yet to hear word from Funimation regarding the release date of Dragon Ball Super (English Dub). However, from what we have figured out, it might take as long as deep into 2017 before we see the anime’s dub version fully release.

The original Dragon Ball Super (in Japanese) is available via various streaming means. The series has gone well over 60 episodes and has passed major arcs, including that of the encounter with the Destruction God Beerus, the first mini tournament with Universe 6 and Universe 7, and the Zamasu and Goku Black arc.
